Upspect Home Inspections is a growing home inspection company in Arizona, USA, with a 5-star Google rating and 350+ reviews. We're hiring TWO Phone Scheduling Coordinators to answer our business line, book inspections, and take care of the real estate agents and homebuyers who call us.

This is a VOICE role. Most of your day is on the phone with Americans: agents booking inspections, buyers asking questions, and follow-up calls to online leads. If you've spent years on a US voice account and callers never guess you're overseas, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer inbound calls on our US business line (Quo/OpenPhone) and book inspections in Spectora (we'll train you)
- Quote pricing accurately from our pricing sheet and offer add-on services (sewer scope, pool, termite, etc.)
- Verify every booking detail: address, square footage, home age, access codes, agent contacts, services requested
- Call online leads back within minutes during your shift
- Coordinate day-of logistics with our inspectors by text and Slack
- Use our internal reference guide and AI assistant to answer questions quickly while on a call

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- NEUTRAL, NATURAL ENGLISH ON THE PHONE. This is the #1 requirement. Clear, confident, easy for Americans to understand, with no strong accent. We will test this before we look at anything else.
- 2+ years on a US-facing VOICE account (customer service, scheduling, sales, insurance, telecom, healthcare). Chat-only or email-only support does not count for this role.
- Confident, warm, and not shy. You're comfortable steering a conversation, handling a frustrated caller, and asking for the booking.
- Detail-oriented: you repeat details back, you double-check, you don't guess.
- Reliable attendance. You show up for every shift, on time, every time. Our whole team's day depends on it.
- Stable internet (25 Mbps+), quiet workspace, USB headset; backup power/internet strongly preferred.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time, 40 hours, 5 days a week
- Permanent NIGHT SHIFT Philippine time (Arizona daytime and evening; Manila is 15 hours ahead, so an Arizona 8 AM start is 11 PM Manila)
- Exact shift assigned at hire; one of the two positions includes Saturday and Sunday
