JOB OVERVIEW

We run bar crawls and nightlife events across the US and Canada. Our biggest season is Halloween (end of October), and we need one reliable VA for a short, focused contract: about 2 to 3 months, 6 to 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, on North American hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Interview event host applicants over Discord voice or phone. We give you the script and the scorecard. You run a 10 minute screen, take notes, and recommend hire or no hire.
- Call bars and venues to confirm details, follow up on emails we have already sent, and book them into our crawls. Scripted, working out of our outreach system.
- Keep records tidy in our system (a simple web app, we train you).
- Light admin: scheduling, reminders, updating spreadsheets.

HOURS
6 to 8 hours a day on a US and Canada Eastern schedule, which is roughly 9 PM to 5 AM Manila time. Venue calls happen during their business day and host interviews are mostly in their evening.

PAY AND CONTRACT
Up to $3 USD per hour, paid in USD. The contract runs 2 to 3 months with a real chance of ongoing work after Halloween if it goes well.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Excellent spoken English. You will be on the phone with Americans and Canadians most of the day. Clear, confident, friendly.
- Comfort making calls to strangers and running a structured interview.
- A quiet workspace, a headset, stable internet (10 Mbps or better) and a computer.
- Availability to start this week and to work the night shift hours above.

Nice to have: recruiting, appointment setting, customer service, or events experience.
