JOB OVERVIEW

Are you the person who can bring structure, organization, and follow-through to a busy business?

We are looking for an experienced Remote Operations Manager to support a growing US-based business with daily operations, team coordination, process improvement, reporting, and overall business organization.

This role is a strong fit for someone who can think ahead, manage moving parts, solve problems, and help keep the business running smoothly without needing constant direction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing day-to-day operations and administrative workflows
Supporting scheduling, follow-ups, task management, and team coordination
Monitoring deadlines, priorities, and ongoing projects
Improving processes, systems, and internal organization
Creating or maintaining SOPs, trackers, reports, and documentation
Communicating with business owners, team members, clients, or customers
Helping identify gaps, delays, or issues before they become bigger problems
Supporting CRM updates, reporting, and operational follow-through
Keeping teams accountable and making sure tasks stay on track

What We’re Looking For:

Operations management, operations support, office management, or leadership experience
Strong written and spoken English communication
Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple projects or responsibilities at once
Experience improving workflows, systems, or processes
Confidence working independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professionalism, reliability, and ownership

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting business owners, managers, or leadership teams
Team coordination or supervisory experience
CRM, project management, or task management tools
Reporting, documentation, and SOP creation
Home service, trades, construction, or service-based business experience
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar tools
AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
