Key Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment for US attorneys, including associates, partners, and specialized counsel across diverse legal practice areas.
Direct source passive attorney talent using specialized legal channels, legal directories, bar association databases, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate practice-area experience, firm culture fit, academic background, and relevant bar admissions.
Manage client and candidate pipelines from intake and initial outreach through interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Advise on US legal market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring dynamics within competitive practice groups.

Legal Market Familiarity: Strong understanding of US legal industry structures, partner/associate dynamics, bar requirements, practice areas (litigation, corporate, IP, labor & employment, etc.), and top-tier US law firm environments.
Schedule Alignment: Ability to work full-time hours aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), advanced sourcing tools, and legal-specific networking strategy.
