JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to create and optimize profiles for my IT field-service company, WilliamsTEK.
Your job will be to register WilliamsTEK on approved 1099 technician marketplaces, freelance platforms, field-service networks, and vendor/subcontractor portals. Profiles should be created as a company/business whenever the platform allows it. For platforms that only allow an individual profile, use my personal information and professional experience.

WilliamsTEK provides data-center support, remote hands, rack and stack, network deployments, structured cabling, fiber, POS installation, smart hands, site surveys, decommissioning, IT recycling, and emergency break/fix support.
I need someone who can:
• Review the list of platforms and identify the best registration option.
• Create and optimize every profile to stand out professionally.
• Use strong keywords for data centers, networking, fiber, structured cabling, POS, remote hands, smart hands, rack and stack, field service, and nationwide deployments.
• Upload company documents, certifications, capability statement, logo, service areas, insurance information, and W-9 when needed.
• Complete profile drafts accurately and send me anything that requires my approval, signature, payment, background check, or login verification.
• Keep a spreadsheet updated with the profile link, login email, status, missing documents, and next steps.
• Do not apply to employee career sites. Focus only on 1099, freelance, vendor, subcontractor, and company-profile opportunities.
