JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a hands-on and dedicated HR Manager & Operations Assistant to be a foundational hire in our growing organization. This is a unique opportunity to design, implement, and manage our entire People Operations function, supporting our distributed team, including provincial and community-based staff. You'll work closely with program and finance teams, engaging in both strategic design and day-to-day execution.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of HR generalist or People Operations experience, ideally including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
Solid working knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE compliance requirements; experience with statutory agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Experience supporting or managing a geographically distributed or field-based workforce is a strong advantage.
Prior exposure to nonprofit, NGO, mission, or faith-based organizational settings, including safeguarding/child protection practices, is highly preferred.
Comfortable with provincial travel and working across varied contexts, from office-based staff to community-level teams.
