JOB OVERVIEW

Allen House USA is hiring a part-time AI Automation Engineer / Systems Developer to improve and automate our existing business systems.

This is NOT a Virtual Assistant, data-entry, or basic website-development role.

We already have a substantially completed website, online forms, Google Sheets, AppSheet, and Google Workspace systems in place. We are looking for someone who can evaluate what already exists, improve it, and connect our systems into reliable end-to-end automations.

ROLE
• Part-time — maximum 15 hours/week
• Initial 90-day paid pilot
• Reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days
• Remote / Philippines
• Flexible schedule with some U.S. Central Time overlap
• Potential for long-term work

FIRST PRIORITY

Your first project will be improving and automating our existing website intake and referral workflows.

The website and forms are already mostly built — you will NOT be starting from scratch.

The goal is to connect website submissions with AppSheet, Google Sheets, Google Drive, notifications, and follow-up workflows while reducing manual administrative work.

Future projects may include Zoom Phone/SMS automation, AI document processing, financial workflows, and other business-system integrations.

AppSheet experience is strongly preferred.

We want someone who can understand a business process, design the right solution, build it, test it, handle failures, and document it clearly.

We care more about demonstrated problem-solving ability than a long list of software tools.

HOW TO APPLY

Please answer these 3 questions:

1. Describe the most complex automation you personally built. What problem did it solve and what tools/APIs did you use?

2. You inherit a website, forms, Sheets, and workflows that are already mostly built. How would you determine what should be kept, improved, automated, or replaced?

3. A website submission is received successfully, but the next external API is unavailable for 20 minutes. How would you make sure the information is not lost or duplicated?

Also include your:
• Weekly availability
• Earliest start date
• Portfolio, GitHub, screenshots, workflow examples, or Loom video if available

A short Loom showing a real automation you personally built is strongly preferred.

Finalists may be asked to complete a PAID technical test before beginning the 90-day pilot.
