JOB OVERVIEW

We are OMNIAIR, a fast-growing Dutch e-commerce brand in the sleep and recovery space. We sell nasal strips, mouth tape, sleep masks, red light therapy masks, ice baths and sauna pods to customers across Europe.

We are looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Outreach Manager to own our affiliate program end to end. This is a proactive role. You will spend your days reaching out to creators, getting them onboarded and keeping them active. It is not a support or admin job.

YOUR ROLE:
- Outreach: find and contact creators and affiliates through Instagram DM and email. Volume matters here
- Onboard new affiliates into our program and get them posting
- Manage our WhatsApp Business inbox for affiliates and partners
- Run weekly check-in calls with our top creators
- Coordinate product gifting: track what was sent to who, and follow up until content is delivered
- Chase affiliates who go quiet and bring them back
- Collect UGC from affiliates and hand the best content to our ads team
- Support partnership ads and collaboration requests in Meta Business Suite
- Keep our affiliate program up to date so we always know where every creator stands
- Join a 30 minute team meeting every Monday and communicate daily in Slack

HOURS AND PAY:
- 20 hours per week
- $550 per month base
- $5 for every affiliate you activate (onboarded and posting or selling, not just signed up)
- $25 for every creator whose UGC we end up running in a paid ad
- You control your own earnings here. The better your outreach, the more you make
- Reviewed after 3 months with room to grow into more hours as the program scales

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience doing creator or influencer outreach for a brand or agency. You have sent hundreds of DMs and you know what gets a reply
- Comfortable working in Instagram DMs at volume
- Experience with WhatsApp Business
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Excellent written English. You are writing to creators all day and it has to sound human, not templated
- Mention the word "Seahorse" somewhere in your application
- Confident on video calls. You will be doing check-in calls with creators
- Proactive and persistent. You follow up three times without being told to
- Organised. Nothing falls through the cracks: who got what product, who owes us content, who went quiet
- Reliable internet and a quiet place for calls

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with affiliate software (Social Snowball, Refersion, UpPromote, Impact or similar). We use our own custom platform and will train you on it
- Experience in health, wellness, sleep, fitness or supplements
- Experience with product gifting campaigns
- Any Dutch, German or French language skills

HOW TO APPLY:

2. Write the exact Instagram DM you would send to a sleep or wellness creator with 20,000 followers to get them into our affiliate program. This is the most important part of your application

4. Tell us your availability and whether you have other clients
