About Us:
We operate a fast-paced, highly dynamic portfolio of businesses based in the US, including Luxury Event Venues, Alternative Wellness & Energy Therapy and Hypnosis Retreats, Real Estate Acquisitions, Corporate Housing, and Roofing/Construction. We move fast and leverage top-tier technology. We need an energetic, highly creative Social Media & SEO Operator to act as the frontline voice of our brands using our AI systems.
The Opportunity:
You will not be writing 2,000-word blogs from scratch or spending hours guessing what to post. We supply the vision; you supply the prompts. Your goal is to use our AI tools to rapidly generate content, build group pages designed to convert, rank our blogs, build robust marketing webinars, and drive highly engaged traffic to our sales funnels so our team can close them.
Your Responsibilities (You are the Omnichannel Operator):
* Strict GoHighLevel Centralization: GoHighLevel is our central nervous system. You must put all of your work, marketing assets, content drafts, and tracked leads directly into GoHighLevel. Nothing is to be siloed outside of our system.
* Organic SEO & Dual-Platform Blogging: Your primary SEO mandate is to ensure our brands are highly visible through all organic, non-paid search engines. You will use AI to generate highly optimized blog posts based on trending keyword research. You must flawlessly format, upload, and optimize these (URL slugs, meta descriptions, tags) across both GoHighLevel and WordPress simultaneously.
* The 30-Day Scheduler: You will never post "day by day." You must use a social media scheduler to ensure all social media posts and SEO blogs are batched and scheduled a full month in advance across all platforms.
* Google Business Profiles: Posting consistently to our Google Business post area is extremely important. You will manage these profiles daily to ensure our local SEO and footprint stay highly active and visible organically.
* Group Pages to Convert & Lead Scouting: You must build and run Facebook group pages specifically designed to convert. You will also actively join and grow targeted local groups (brides, real estate investors, wellness seekers) to engage with followers, drop links, and capture lead information to seamlessly hand off to our GoHighLevel pipeline.
* Podcast Outreach: You will actively pitch and secure spots for our team on non-paid industry podcasts to build our authority, and vice versa (booking strategic guests for our own platforms).
* Webinar Assembly & Broad Marketing Strategy: You will help drive our overall marketing strategy. We will send you raw materials and blank video files; you will compile, edit, and piece them together into highly polished, high-converting webinar presentations. Hype realistic ai creativity is required.
* Creative Direction: Do not just wait for footage. You will direct us on what videos we need to shoot for our marketing campaigns, webinars, and ads.
* AI Video Generation (Gemini Omni): We want our faces on camera, but we don't have time to film every day. You will use Gemini Omni to generate hyper-realistic, daily video content featuring the business owners (Natasha and Josh) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Schedule & Hours:
* 30 to 35 Hours Per Week.
* Mandatory Weekends: Because social media and event inquiries spike over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday availability is strictly mandatory to reply to comments and post live updates.
* Mandatory Daily Meetings: You will attend a daily 1 to 2-hour video team meeting (typically between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM US Central Time) alongside the team to review content calendars and lead generation strategies.
Compensation & Bonuses:
This role rewards proactive engagement and actual lead generation.
* Starting Pay: $4.50 / Hour
* Cap Pay: $6.00 / Hour (After 90 days of proven performance)
* The HMO Benefit: After 30 Days, you will receive a $30/month stipend provided specifically to cover your local health insurance (HMO) costs. After 90 days

* $75 Monthly KPI Bonuses (Performance Based):
* $20 Bonus: For maintaining a 15-minute response time to all messages and having zero missed meetings.
* $20 Bonus: For flawlessly maintaining the KPI scheduler (ensuring all content is batched and scheduled a full month in advance).
* $20 Bonus: For generating a minimum of 10 direct bookings resulting directly from your created posts.
$15 rapid response in 5 minutes or less to prospects . 40 minimum
Who You Are / Tech Requirements:
* Experience & Education: You must have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar social media and SEO role.
* Platform Mastery: You have hands-on, proven experience formatting blogs, embedding forms, and managing SEO metadata in BOTH GoHighLevel and WordPress.
* AI & Creative Savvy: You are highly proficient with Gemini Omni, TikTok/IG algorithms, Canva, and video editing software like CapCut.
* Communication: You write with flawless, highly engaging English. You know how to match the voice of a luxury wedding venue, and then switch to the voice of a holistic retreat.
* Equipment: You must own a reliable computer, a modern smartphone, a dedicated high-speed internet connection, and backup power/internet sources.
