JOB OVERVIEW

YouTube AI Scriptwriter

We run a six-figure YouTube business across multiple niches. We are hiring a full-time AI Scriptwriter to write and review scripts for our channels.

We want someone who can spot weak writing and improve it, not just copy and paste AI output. We will teach you our process with prompts, examples, and feedback.

The role:
Write scripts using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
Improve openings, storytelling, and flow to keep viewers watching.
Check facts, remove repetition, and review scripts before production.
Apply feedback and help improve our prompts.
Once you handle scripts consistently, learn video production and publishing with VidRush.

What we are looking for:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Comfort using AI tools and an interest in YouTube.
Attention to detail, reliable communication, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Someone who learns quickly and checks their work without repeated reminders.

Previous writing or content creation experience is helpful. VidRush experience is not required.

Pay and hours:
$400–$800 USD per month, depending on experience and skills, plus a $50–$100 bonus for each successful project.
