JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a talented YouTube video editor for a new finance/business storytelling channel.

I’m looking for an editor who can create highly engaging, cinematic and dynamic videos, inspired by the editing style of channels like "MagnatesMedia".

The goal is to make finance/business stories entertaining and easy to understand, even for people who don't know much about finance. Bonus point if you know how to make camera movements with After Effects !!!

For the first project, I’m looking for 1–2 videos as a test. If the collaboration works well, I’m looking for someone to work with long-term on multiple videos a month.

What I’m looking for:

Dynamic and engaging editing
Strong visual storytelling
Motion graphics / simple animations
Creative use of images, footage, screenshots, graphics, etc.
Excellent sound design
Good music selection and pacing (without copyrights)
Smooth transitions and animations
Ability to make the video feel cinematic and premium
Strong attention to detail

I will provide the script and voiceover. Your job will be to turn them into an engaging visual story like the examples given ! The videos will be 9 to 13 minutes long.

Important: I don't want generic editing with random stock footage placed over the voiceover. The visuals should actually follow and enhance the story.

Reference style: MagnatesMedia and Blank Space Biographies : dynamic, cinematic, storytelling-focused, with strong sound design and visual variety.
