Role Overview
We're hiring a Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the handoff between a signed design and a finished install: vendor orders, shipping and receiving, exception handling, and status updates. We do not hold inventory. Furnishings ship from the manufacturer on a coordinated timeline to a receiving warehouse for consolidation, damage inspection, and photos, then go out for white-glove delivery and install. Multiple projects run in parallel, so catching a delay early keeps it from ever reaching the client.

Key Responsibilities
* Order and Vendor Coordination: Track every item from order placement through delivery across multiple vendors, flagging delays and mismatches while there's still time to fix them
* Exception Handling: Own the first response to damage, delay, or availability problems the same day they surface. Escalate what needs escalation, resolve what doesn't
* Receiving and Install Coordination: Coordinate with receivers and install teams so timelines hold
* Status Accuracy: Keep project and order status current and correct. Confirm this is accurate before you flag it to anyone else
* Error Tracking: Log install and fulfillment errors by project so we can see where problems originate and reduce them over time
* Process Input: Flag where manual work is slowing things down and work with our automation team on fixes

What You Bring
* 2+ years of experience coordinating vendor orders, purchase orders, or shipment and logistics tracking
* Experience tracking and coordinating orders without owning or managing physical inventory
* Ability to catch problems before they escalate, not just respond once they're already client-facing
* Sharp attention to detail
* Clear, direct written and verbal communication, especially when something is going wrong
* Schedule flexibility to align with PT business hours
