JOB OVERVIEW

Description:

We run a German YouTube channel with 20,000+ subscribers and are scaling our production. We need reliable video editors who can pick up daily editing tasks through our own task management platform (BSTO).

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a creative role. You do NOT need to come up with ideas, write scripts, or make creative decisions. Every single task comes with complete, detailed instructions:

Direct video links to download
Exact timestamps for where to cut
Pre-written script text for intro and outro
Audio files generated for you through our platform
Banner texts provided
Filter and color specifications
Upload instructions

You follow the instructions exactly. Nothing more, nothing less.

What you need:

CapCut Pro or similar professional editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro)
Stable internet connection for downloading and uploading video files
Own laptop or PC
Basic understanding of written German (all task instructions are in German – you do NOT need to speak German, just follow written instructions with specific timestamps and settings)
Available DAILY – this is not a weekend job

How it works:

You register on our BSTO platform
You watch a training video and pass a short 3-question certification (this is mandatory – no skipping allowed)
Once certified, the "Tasks" section unlocks automatically
New tasks appear daily – you pick up whichever is available
Each task must be completed and uploaded within 24 hours
Your work is quality-checked before payment is confirmed
If quality is approved, the payment is credited to your account
Monthly payout via PayPal or bank transfer

Pay structure:

$5 – $10 USD per completed video (depending on complexity)
The exact amount is shown before you accept each task
You are paid ONLY for completed and approved tasks – no hourly rate, no fixed salary
Monthly bonus for the top performer on our ranking system
Optional: $30/month tool allowance if you don't have CapCut Pro

What we expect:

DAILY activity on the platform – if you are inactive for 2 days without notice, your access will be deactivated
Tasks completed within 24 hours of acceptance
Consistent quality – follow instructions exactly as described
Reliability above everything – we need to count on you every single day
