JOB OVERVIEW

This is a sales closing position — NOT an appointment setter role.

You will speak directly with small-business owners, identify their needs, recommend the right SBC solution, handle objections, and close the sale.

Sales Process:

OPEN → DISCOVER → QUALIFY → RECOMMEND → PRESENT PRICE → HANDLE OBJECTIONS → CLOSE → FOLLOW UP

WHAT YOU'LL SELL

SBC provides small-business services including:

Websites & hosting
Business email
Domains & SSL
Website security & backups
SEO / online presence
Business printing
Complete business setup packages
REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with:

Proven outbound sales experience
Actual closing experience
Strong spoken English
Experience speaking with customers or business owners
Ability to uncover needs and recommend solutions
Confidence handling objections and asking for the sale
Strong follow-up and organization
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet, professional workspace
Ability to work independently
Availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM Miami Time

B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.

If your experience is primarily appointment setting, lead generation, or passing prospects to another salesperson to close, this position may not be the right fit.
