JOB OVERVIEW

RiseBridge Alliance is hiring a dependable online teacher in the Philippines to teach small groups of K-12 students in reading/language arts and math.

Schedule
- Tuesday-Friday, 4:00-7:00 a.m. Philippine Time
- Join 10 minutes before the first class
- Approximately 15 hours per week

What you will do
- Teach live small-group lessons through Google Meet
- Support approximately 4-6 students at a time
- Deliver 30 minutes of math and 30 minutes of reading/language instruction
- Use Google Classroom, MobyMax for K-8 students, and Khan Academy for grades 9-12
- Actively monitor student work and use a Stop-Teach-Retry approach when students struggle
- Track attendance, lesson completion, mastery, and student progress
- Send clear session notes and communicate professionally with the RiseBridge team
- Complete RiseBridge's five-day teacher training and certification process

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English
- Experience teaching or tutoring elementary, middle-school, or high-school students
- Confidence teaching both reading and math
- Reliable computer, webcam, headset, high-speed internet, and backup internet plan
- Quiet, professional teaching environment
- Comfortable working the required early-morning Philippine schedule
- Patient, energetic, organized, and dependable
- Willing to complete a paid teaching audition

Compensation
Fixed monthly salary. The final amount will be based on experience, qualifications, availability, and teaching-audition results. This posting does not guarantee a specific salary amount.
