ABOUT THE COMPANY

Suarez Assistant is a startup staffing and operations company that places remote professionals and on-site American hires into United States businesses. We run several client accounts at once, including a nine-figure manufacturer with on-site roles in Florida and Maryland, a Florida insurance agency group hiring licensed agents, and Florida engineering firms hiring drafters and engineers. We work alongside a network of recruiters and remote specialists across three countries. The company is early. The systems are still being built, and the person in this role helps build them.

THE ROLE

The Operations Lead works directly with the founder as his right hand, running the operations clients request and building out the company's new United States market line. You own a client request from the moment it arrives through to the day it is delivered, and you are expected to arrive with your own approach rather than wait to be told one.

The United States line has not been developed yet. Building it is the point of this role. The working relationship is two people pushing toward the same outcome, where you are expected to understand what the clients want at least as well as the founder does, and to know the faster route to getting there.

This is not an appointment-setting seat and it is not a sourcing-only seat. It is the whole desk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own client requests from the first ask through to delivery.
- Build out the United States market line from where it stands today.
- Run full-cycle recruiting on open roles, from sourcing through to a candidate's first day.
- Speak with United States clients directly and represent the company on calls.
- Manage the recruiters and remote specialists working on each account.
- Turn repeated work into documented processes the company keeps.
- Propose new approaches and implement them without waiting to be asked.
- Report on every account weekly without being prompted.
- Raise a problem on the day it appears, not after it lands.
- Ask what information is missing before starting new work.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Experience running full-cycle recruitment for United States clients, from sourcing through to start date.
- A record of building something that did not exist before, and able to describe how it was built.
- Able to hold a client conversation without the founder present.
- Clear and fluent spoken and written English suitable for United States clients.
- Available 9am to 6pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. That is a night shift in the Philippines and we say so plainly.
- Runs a written system of their own today, such as an applicant tracking system or a shared tracker.
- Comfortable appearing on camera with United States clients.
- Reliable internet, a working computer, and a quiet environment for calls.

PREFERRED

- Experience filling hourly or on-site roles in the United States.
- Experience with Manatal, Bullhorn, or a comparable applicant tracking system.
- Experience managing remote contractors or a small team.
- Experience opening a new market, service line, or territory.

SCHEDULE

Full time, fully remote. Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time. Weekends off. The first thirty days are a paid trial on live client work.

SALARY

900 USD per month base, paid monthly, plus 450 USD for every candidate who starts with a client. Two placements in a month is 1,800 USD, three is 2,250 USD, four is 2,700 USD. Paid time off after ninety days. This role reports directly to the founder with no layer in between, and it grows with the United States line it builds.
