We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help grow our wholesale business.
This is NOT a private-label product research position. We are focused on purchasing authentic branded products directly from brands, authorized distributors, and reputable wholesalers for resale on Amazon.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Researching and finding profitable wholesale products for Amazon FBA
• Analyzing products using Keepa, SellerAmp, Amazon Seller Central, and other sourcing tools
• Checking sales history, Buy Box history, competition, seller count, Amazon presence, pricing stability, estimated sales, ROI, profit margins, and potential risks
• Finding both gated and ungated product opportunities and how to ungate products
• Identifying products/brands where our Amazon account may need approval and helping prepare legitimate ungating applications using valid supplier invoices and documentation
• Finding reputable brands, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and wholesalers
• Contacting brands and suppliers by
• Applying for wholesale accounts and requesting catalogs, price lists, dealer applications, MOQs, and reseller requirements
• Analyzing supplier catalogs to identify profitable Amazon opportunities
• Verifying supplier legitimacy and avoiding questionable or unauthorized sources
• Maintaining organized spreadsheets/records of leads, suppliers, applications, contacts, follow-ups, and profitable products
• Following up consistently with brands and distributors
• Helping develop long-term supplier relationships
We are looking for someone who understands Amazon wholesale and can think independently rather than simply completing basic VA tasks.
As we scale and progress, so will the pay.
