JOB OVERVIEW

We are a technology company building and growing digital products across Asia and North America.

We are looking for a **Japanese-English bilingual Growth & Marketing Associate** who wants to take ownership of real marketing and growth initiatives, not simply complete a list of virtual assistant tasks.

You will work directly with company leadership, initially helping grow one of our existing digital businesses. As we launch and develop new products, you will have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities across marketing, growth, outreach, research, and business development.

For the right person, we are looking to build a **long-term working relationship with increasing responsibility and compensation over time.**

## What You’ll Work On

Your initial responsibilities will include:

* Planning and creating content for Instagram, X, and other social platforms
* Writing engaging Japanese posts, captions, and marketing copy
* Creating social graphics and short-form content
* Managing content calendars and publishing schedules
* Researching potential users, partners, communities, creators, and businesses
* Conducting cold email and DM outreach
* Managing follow-ups and keeping outreach organized
* Identifying new marketing and growth opportunities
* Testing different content and outreach strategies
* Tracking results and identifying what is working
* Providing a concise weekly update with results, learnings, and recommendations

We don't expect you to simply wait for instructions.

Over time, we want you to understand the business, identify opportunities yourself, propose ideas, execute them, and become increasingly responsible for growth.

Future projects may include additional technology businesses and potentially real-estate-related initiatives.

## Who We're Looking For

### Required

* Strong Japanese communication skills, especially written Japanese
* Strong written and spoken English
* Comfortable communicating professionally in both Japanese and English
* Familiarity with Instagram, X, and social media
* Strong research and organizational skills
* Comfortable learning new software and AI tools
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Proactive, willing to suggest ideas rather than only wait for tasks

### Great to Have

Any of the following would be a plus:

* Social media management experience
* Content creation or copywriting experience
* Cold email, lead generation, or outreach experience
* Experience growing an online community or consumer brand
* CRM or marketing automation experience
* Experience working with startups or technology companies
* Interest or experience in real estate

You do **not** need to already be an expert in everything above.

We care more about your communication ability, judgment, initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to get things done.

## Working Arrangement
