JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a small Canadian ecommerce business looking for someone to organize our existing SOPs, training materials into a clear, searchable business operations guide.

You’ll review existing documents, identify outdated or conflicting instructions, standardize SOPs, and create a central index organized by business function. You’ll flag missing information and work with the owner to clarify it.

Requires experience documenting small-business operations and organizing Google Workspace. Please share similar projects, your approach, availability, and rates.
