JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant with at least 1-3 years of experience. This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours weekly, scheduled between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. It does have the potential to be full-time (40 hours a week). Only apply if you are comfortable with the timing and proposed schedules. (This can be changed depending on job requirements.)

The position has significant career growth potential as the company is expanding. The work will be completed remotely from the comfort of your home. You must have a reliable internet connection, electricity backup, and Whatsapp/Google Chat to communicate.

The type of tasks you will be carrying out can involve but are not limited to:

- Creating content using existing videos and audio on Canva.
- Finding and repurposing content for reposting on social media platforms.
- Finding content for clients to replicate on social media platforms.
- Downloading, uploading and organizing content in Google Drive.
- Posting content on social media platforms.
- Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting
- Support website content updates, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives as assigned

You will also need a Windows or MacOS laptop/desktop with relatively good performance and a reliable internet connection.
