JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based digital marketing agency working with clients in staffing,
recruiting, and ecommerce. We're looking for one person to run
paid media and search work across a small number of accounts.

This is hands-on execution, not strategy-only. You'll be in the ad platforms
daily, building campaigns, pulling reports, and fixing what isn't working.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Meta Ads
- Build and manage lead generation campaigns
- Write and test ad copy variations
- Monitor spend, CPL, and lead quality; flag problems before they compound
- Set up and troubleshoot lead forms and Business Manager assets

Google Ads
- Build and manage search campaigns
- Keyword research, negative keyword management, search term review
- Landing page and conversion tracking coordination

SEO
- On-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure
- Keyword research tied to real search demand, not guesswork
- Write and publish blog content on a set schedule
- Technical SEO basics: crawl issues, redirects, structured data

Google Business Profile
- Complete and maintain listings across multiple locations
- Weekly posts, review responses, photo uploads
- Local SEO and NAP consistency across directories

Reporting
- Weekly performance reports per client
- Explain what moved and why, in plain language a client can follow

NICE TO HAVE (not required, but say so if you have it)
- Designing ad creatives yourself — static and short-form video
- Shopify: product setup, collections, basic theme edits, store SEO
- Experience with SEO tooling (Search Atlas, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar)

WHO THIS SUITS

Someone who has actually run campaigns with real budget and can talk about a
campaign that failed and what they changed. We care more about judgment than
certificates.

You should be comfortable saying "that number looks wrong, let me check the
tracking" rather than reporting whatever the dashboard says.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Long-term, stable work — this is not a one-off project
- Direct access to the person making decisions, no layers
- A defined set of accounts to manage, not scattered one-off tasks
HOW TO APPLY

Do not send a generic application. Applications that skip these steps will not
be read.

In your reply, include:

1. The subject line: PAID MEDIA — [your first name]

2. One campaign you ran that underperformed. What the numbers were, what you
thought the cause was, what you changed, and what happened next. Three or
four sentences is enough. Do not send a success story.

3. Which of these you are strongest in, ranked 1 to 4:
Meta Ads / Google Ads / SEO / Google Business Profile

4. Whether you make your own ad creatives. If yes, link 2-3 examples.

5. Your monthly rate for 40 hours per week, and your available start date.

6. Answer this: a lead generation campaign is spending normally but recorded
zero leads yesterday. What are the first three things you check?
