JOB OVERVIEW

SEO Specialist – Real Estate / Cash Home Buyer

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to improve the organic search presence of a growing real estate development and cash home-buying company.

We need someone strong in SEO strategy, local SEO, keyword research, and content creation who can help expand and improve our website.

This is a part-time remote position of approximately 10–15 hours per week. Additional hours may be needed upfront during the initial SEO and content-building phase.

Initial Focus

The role will begin with a strong SEO and content push, including:

Location pages
Blog posts
Pillar pages
FAQ content
Service and informational pages
Optimization of existing website content

Once the initial foundation is established, the ongoing monthly targets will be approximately:

2 SEO blog posts
3 location pages
2 pillar pages
Monthly FAQ updates
Ongoing website optimization
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage our SEO strategy.
Conduct keyword and competitor research.
Write high-quality SEO-focused website content.
Improve local SEO and organic rankings.
Optimize titles, headings, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
Monitor rankings, website traffic, inquiries, and leads.
Identify technical SEO issues and recommend improvements.
Provide a concise monthly SEO report.
Qualifications
3+ years of SEO experience.
Strong local SEO and content SEO experience.
Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
Experience creating blogs, location pages, and pillar pages.
Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Real estate, home services, or lead-generation experience preferred.
Ability to show measurable SEO results.
Highly organized and able to work independently.
