JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing UK-based Amazon FBA wholesale business looking for a reliable, analytical Virtual Assistant to help us find profitable, replenishable products and keep our sourcing data accurate.

This is a long-term part-time role for someone who understands Amazon UK wholesale—not private label or dropshipping—and can explain the reasoning behind every recommendation.

Key responsibilities
• Review UK wholesale supplier catalogues, price lists and websites.
• Match products accurately to Amazon UK ASINs using EAN/UPC, pack size, variation and model details.
• Analyse products using Keepa and SellerAmp SAS.
• Calculate realistic profit and ROI, correctly accounting for UK VAT, Amazon fees, prep costs and pack quantities.
• Assess sales history, Buy Box behaviour, offer count, Amazon presence, price stability, seasonality, IP/restriction risk and likely monthly demand.
• Record findings clearly in Google Sheets and flag missing or uncertain data instead of guessing.
• Help monitor inventory, pricing, stranded listings and routine Seller Central tasks as the role develops.

Required experience
• Proven Amazon UK FBA wholesale or online-arbitrage product research experience.
• Confident with Keepa charts, SellerAmp SAS, Amazon Seller Central and Google Sheets.
• Strong written English, attention to detail and dependable communication.
• Able to follow an SOP, meet agreed targets and work independently.
• Stable internet connection and reliable availability.

Nice to have
• Experience with Sellerboard, BQool or supplier outreach.
• Familiarity with UK VAT calculations and wholesale invoices.
