LEAD INTELLIGENCE COORDINATOR (Remote — Part-Time)

ABOUT US
We are a real estate investment company specializing in buying distressed properties.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-obsessed researcher to join our acquisitions team as a Lead Intelligence Coordinator. You will monitor daily foreclosure filings in our target market, research property ownership, skip-trace contact information, and keep our CRM clean, accurate, and ready for our calling team. This is a research-only role — you will not be cold calling homeowners.

SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (US Central time). Remote / work from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check the county foreclosure page twice daily (11:00 AM and 2:00 PM) for new trustee sale postings
- Research every new posting the same business day: owner names, property and mailing addresses, foreclosure sale date, lender, trustee, and Deed of Trust date
- Review deed history for ownership changes, decision-makers, affidavits of heirship, gift deeds, and transfers
- Skip-trace: find valid phone numbers, emails, relatives, and possible heirs using public records and online sources
- Create and update leads in our CRM with complete information and direct source links — never create duplicates
- Complete deeper research assignments within 24 hours when flagged by the team
- Post short updates in our team WhatsApp group and send a daily end-of-day report by 3:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written English — you will write short daily reports
- Experience with skip tracing / public records research (Texas experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Comfortable learning and using a CRM (Salesforce)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work setup
- Available to work US Central hours, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
