JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Virtual Assistant who specializes in credit repair and can also assist with the administrative side of our tax business.

This role will focus heavily on managing the behind-the-scenes operations of our businesses and helping create a smooth experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Onboard new credit repair clients
Review and organize client credit reports and files
Update and maintain clients inside our credit repair software/CRM
Track client progress and account updates
Assist with dispute-processing workflows and documentation
Follow up with clients for missing documents, identification, reports, or information
Send client updates, reminders, and onboarding information
Onboard tax clients and tax preparers
Assist with payroll and commission tracking
Maintain spreadsheets, client records, and internal reports
Manage emails, messages, appointments, and follow-ups
Keep the back end of both businesses organized
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
