Life’s About New Directions

We’re looking for a Sales & Enquiries VA to help turn interested leads into genuine travel enquiries and potential bookings.

Your role:

* Respond to enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp and email.
* Speak professionally and naturally with potential customers.
* Ask the key questions: destination, dates, budget, number of travellers and travel preferences.
* Follow up with leads provided by our Lead Generation VA.
* Follow up with people who have previously enquired but haven’t booked.
* Direct qualified enquiries to the Travel Advisor to research, quote and book.
* Keep our lead/customer tracker updated with enquiry status and follow-up dates.
* Answer basic questions about what L.A.N.D. offers.
* Encourage customers to complete our travel enquiry form.
* Identify warm leads who are genuinely interested in travelling.
* Maintain a friendly, helpful tone — help rather than hard-sell.

You will NOT be expected to:
Research or book holidays, take customer payments, provide regulated travel advice, or make promises about prices/availability. These are passed to the Travel Advisor.
