JOB OVERVIEW

Small Business Outbound Sales Superstar (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)

We're a managed services business. We hire part-time Filipino
professionals as dedicated assistants who work with our American small
business clients. This seat is outbound sales support for one small
service business. You call the leads they generate, find out which
ones need the service, and book the appointment for their sales team.

This is a long term position. It starts at 20 hours a week, and the
client may add hours later.

What you'll do
- Call the leads the business generates from its lead tool, and reach
the decision-maker
- Ask the questions that establish whether they need the service
- Book the appointment for the sales team and get it on the calendar
- Keep every lead and every call documented in HubSpot
- Send quotes from the templates the business already uses, and follow
up on them
- Send onboarding information once a customer moves forward

You are not closing the deal. Someone from the client's sales team
goes out, walks the site and prices the job.

This is business to business calling.

Requirements
- Comfort working with people directly, including on the phone
- Superb spoken English
- Written English that is correct and easy to read

What the job involves
- 20 hours a week, mornings, US business hours, Monday to Friday
- Your own laptop, reliable internet, and a quiet place to take calls
- Background check at offer

Preferred
- Sales experience
- Experience calling businesses rather than consumers
- Experience working with small businesses
- Experience with a CRM, HubSpot especially

Strongly preferred
- A college degree, preferably in business, engineering, science or a
related field

What we offer
- $5.50 per hour, paid weekly
- 6 paid US holidays and 10 days of paid time off a year
