JOB OVERVIEW

Busy dental practice is looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Verification Specialist to join our remote team.

Experience with U.S. dental insurance verification and Open Dental is REQUIRED (applications without Open Dental experience will not be considered).
Responsibilities include verifying patient insurance benefits, checking eligibility and coverage, reviewing deductibles, annual maximums, frequency limitations, waiting periods, and other insurance details, as well as entering accurate information into Open Dental.

This position will also assist with sending pre-determinations (Pre-Ds) and following up on unpaid/ pending insurance claims.

The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, good English communication skills, reliable internet and computer equipment, and be able to work independently while also communicating effectively with our team.

Russian-speaking candidates are a huge plus! Please let us know if you speak Russian.

We are looking for someone reliable, responsible, and experienced who can complete insurance verification accurately and on time.

Schedule: 40 hours per week
1–2 Fridays per month may be off.
