Flawless Awards is a growing U.S.-based awards and recognition company specializing in premium crystal awards, custom branded awards, employee recognition, corporate events, sales achievement programs, and executive recognition.
We are looking for an ambitious, intelligent and highly organized Sales Development & CRM Assistant to help us build and manage our sales pipeline.
This is not a traditional administrative VA position.
You will work directly with the founder to identify prospective customers, research decision-makers, make outbound calls, send personalized
The right person can eventually grow into a Sales Development Team Lead role and help recruit, train and manage additional sales assistants.
Responsibilities
Research companies that may need awards, recognition products or custom branded awards.
Identify the correct decision-makers, including Marketing, HR, Executive Assistants, Events, Sales Leadership and related roles.
Research warm leads, previous contacts and potential referral opportunities.
Add and maintain accurate prospect information in our CRM.
Make professional outbound calls to prospective customers.
Send personalized introductory and follow-up
Follow up consistently with prospects who have not responded.
Reactivate older prospects and opportunities.
Qualify interested prospects before scheduling meetings.
Schedule qualified meetings for the founder.
Track every interaction and next action in the CRM.
Make sure no sales opportunity is forgotten or left without a next step.
Help improve scripts,
Provide a short daily sales activity update.
Provide a weekly pipeline summary including opportunities, follow-ups and recommended next actions.
What We're Looking For
You should have:
Excellent spoken English.
A warm, polished and confident phone presence.
Strong written English.
Confidence speaking with U.S.-based executives and business professionals.
Sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation or customer-facing experience.
Strong internet research skills.
CRM experience or the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Persistence without being overly aggressive.
Strong judgment and problem-solving ability.
The ability to work independently instead of waiting for instructions.
Comfort using AI tools to research, write and work more efficiently by automating steps.
Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn, Lovable, Instantly or similar sales platforms is helpful but not required.

Within the first several weeks, we expect you to be able to independently:
Find strong prospective customers.
Identify the correct contact.
Research the account before contacting them.
Make calls and send personalized outreach.
Enter every activity into the CRM.
Follow up consistently.
Recognize genuine opportunities.
Schedule qualified conversations.
Tell us which prospects deserve additional attention and why.
Work well with the founder.
We care much more about intelligence, communication skills, initiative and performance than years of experience.
Career Opportunity
This position is intended to grow. Founder has proven success building business in this industry and needs a right hand to manage all aspects of the sales pipeline including being able to advise and manage the process.
A successful person may eventually become responsible for:
Managing the Flawless outbound sales pipeline.
Training additional sales assistants.
Reviewing daily activity and KPIs.
Managing follow-up systems.
Helping recruit additional SDRs.
Developing into a Sales Development Team Lead.
When ready close deals with prospective clients.
Schedule
Approximately 30–40 hours per week.
A meaningful portion of the workday must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time because outbound calls will be made to U.S. businesses.
Compensation
Competitive monthly base compensation plus performance bonuses.
Compensation increases as responsibilities and results increase.
