We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Recruiter** to lead and execute full-cycle and strategic recruitment initiatives across a variety of roles within the organization. This role demands not only excellent sourcing and assessment skills, but also a deep understanding of strategic talent acquisition practices—from workforce planning to pipeline development.
The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with department heads and senior leadership to build recruitment strategies that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
**Prior recruitment experience within the Property Management or Real Estate industry is strongly required**, particularly in hiring for roles such as Property Managers, HOA/Community Association Managers, Maintenance Coordinators, Leasing professionals, Finance staff, and other property management support positions.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the strategic recruitment process, including proactive talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and workforce planning for both immediate and future hiring needs.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for **Property Management, HOA/Condominium Association, Maintenance, Leasing, Finance, Operations, and other related positions**.
* Serve as a consultative partner to department heads and executives, offering insights and solutions to hiring challenges and building long-term recruitment plans.
* Conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile, assess role criticality, and align on recruitment strategies.
* Design and implement targeted sourcing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, Indeed, and other niche job boards.
* Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill Property Management positions.
* Conduct behavioral and structured interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, and culture fit.
* Evaluate candidates' knowledge of Property Management operations, systems, processes, and industry-specific responsibilities when applicable.
* Review, update, and optimize job descriptions in alignment with market trends, operational needs, and company branding.
* Administer hiring assessments and analyze candidate performance against role requirements.
* Monitor and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and hiring quality.
* Mentor and support junior recruiters and recruitment assistants when needed.
* Continuously explore and introduce new tools, sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, and channels to improve recruitment effectiveness and employer branding.
### Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least **3–5 years of proven experience in strategic and full-cycle recruitment**, preferably within a remote or international work environment.
* **Proven recruitment experience within the Property Management or Real Estate industry is required.**
* Experience recruiting for positions such as **Property Managers, HOA/Community Association Managers, Maintenance Coordinators, Leasing professionals, Property Management Assistants, Operations staff, and related real estate support roles** is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of Property Management roles, responsibilities, terminology, and candidate profiles.
* Strong background in sourcing executive, specialist, technical, and volume positions across multiple departments.
* Demonstrated expertise in using ATS platforms such as **BambooHR** and sourcing tools such as **LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlineJobs.ph, and Indeed**.
* Proficient in Google Workspace, including Drive, Sheets, and Docs, as well as digital collaboration tools.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
* High degree of initiative and autonomy, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring decisions and processes.
* Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle sensitive candidate and hiring information with confidentiality.
