JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring: Experienced Media Buyer

DigiPeak is looking for a sharp, experienced, and highly independent Media Buyer to join our team.

We’re looking for more than someone who knows how to set up campaigns.

We want someone who can think strategically, create winning advertising concepts, analyze performance, make smart decisions, and take ownership of results.

What you’ll be doing:

*Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels
*Develop new ad angles, hooks, offers, messaging, and creative concepts
*Identify winning ads and understand why they work
*Continuously test creatives, audiences, targeting, landing pages, and campaign strategies
*Analyze performance and turn data into actionable decisions
*Find opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall profitability
*Scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance
*Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine what needs to change
*Conduct competitor, audience, and market research
*Manage advertising budgets responsibly
*Stay on top of new advertising strategies, platforms, and opportunities
*Take ownership of campaign performance from strategy through execution

Who we’re looking for:

You have real experience managing paid advertising campaigns and a strong understanding of performance marketing.

But technical experience alone isn’t enough.

We want someone who is smart, resourceful, analytical, and capable of thinking independently.

You should be someone who:

*Can look at a problem, investigate it, and d ---------- on the best course of action
*Thinks strategically rather than simply following an SOP
*Understands both the creative and analytical sides of advertising
*Can come up with strong ad concepts and testing ideas
*Uses data to make decisions without blindly following metrics
*Recognizes opportunities and acts on them
*Is comfortable making decisions and explaining the reasoning behind them
*Takes ownership and accountability for results
*Learns quickly and adapts when something isn't working
*Constantly looks for ways to improve performance

Experience we're looking for:

*Hands-on paid media buying experience
*Strong experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
*Campaign optimization and scaling
*Creative testing and ad strategy
*Performance analysis and reporting
*Audience and competitor research
*Conversion-focused thinking
*Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets

Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, native advertising, or other acquisition channels is a plus.

What matters most to us:

We don't want someone who just pushes buttons inside an ad platform. We want a problem solver and strategic thinker who understands advertising, can figure things out independently, and knows how to turn ideas and data into profitable campaigns. If you need detailed instructions for every decision, this probably isn't the right role. If you like experimenting, finding winning angles, scaling what works, and being trusted to make decisions, we'd like to hear from you.

To apply: Send your CV/resume and a short audio or video introduction. Include examples of campaigns you've managed, the platforms and budgets you've worked with, results you've achieved, and one example of a decision or strategy you personally came up with that significantly improved a campaign.
