JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a professional education community in the dental sector. We publish useful educational content and are preparing live and online learning experiences.

We need a reliable, hands-on Content & Community VA to keep a small content operation running without waiting for daily instructions. Your job is to turn supplied, approved material into useful content, keep the publishing queue moving, respond to routine community questions, and report what is working.

This is a practical production role, not a senior marketing strategist or personal assistant role. We value clear English, good judgment, reliable delivery, and tidy execution more than complicated effects or viral promises.

Schedule and compensation

- Remote, Philippines-based, part-time.
- Start with 10 paid hours/week, around 2 hours each weekday.
- USD $6–8/hour, depending on experience and the paid work sample.
- Potential to increase to 15 hours/week by mutual agreement; extra hours are not assumed or guaranteed.
- Flexible working window agreed in advance. No overnight availability or weekend monitoring expected.
- Short onboarding sessions initially; afterwards, one written weekly report and calls only when useful.
- Paid onboarding and a paid trial for shortlisted candidates. No unpaid custom content assignment.

What you will own

1. Create simple, polished Instagram Reels, carousels and captions from supplied footage, transcripts, brand templates and approved references.
2. Use AI for outlining, drafting and repurposing, then check the output yourself.
3. Maintain a small calendar and schedule approved content using company-authorized tools.
4. Repurpose the week's best material into one short newsletter using a provided template.
5. Check comments and messages during each workday. Answer routine questions from our FAQ and route clinical or unusual questions to the designated person.
6. Welcome new community members and run two simple discussion prompts each week once the community space is ready.
7. Maintain content links, source records, basic signup tracking and a short weekly performance report.
8. Suggest and test one small improvement each week, such as a clearer hook or signup invitation.

Initial weekly targets after onboarding

- Four original content pieces: normally two simple Reels and two carousels. Cross-posts do not count as extra originals.
- One short newsletter repurposed from approved content, once the email system is ready.
- Two community prompts, once the community is open.
- Routine comments/messages checked every workday and acknowledged by the next scheduled workday.
- At least three approved posts ready ahead of schedule by the end of the first month.
- One Friday report with published links, hours used, dentist signups, relevant conversations, one lesson and next week's plan.

These targets assume that approved source material, templates and working accounts are supplied. We will calibrate production time during a paid onboarding period. You are not expected to guarantee views, followers or sales, or work unpaid extra hours to meet a target.

What we provide

- A clear weekly operating checklist and topic priorities.
- An approved source library, brand templates and FAQ before routine production begins.
- Company-authorized access to the necessary accounts and tools.
- A designated contact for clinical content review.
- Clear authority to make routine editing, scheduling and community decisions within the playbook.

What we need from you

- Evidence that you can edit clear, watchable short videos and produce clean carousels.
- Strong written English and attention to names, captions and links.
- Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Google Sheets and an AI assistant, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to follow a checklist, keep records and raise a blocker with a proposed solution.
- A reliable computer, internet connection and a realistic availability plan.
- Dental or healthcare content experience is helpful, but not required. You will not be asked to provide clinical advice.

Important scope

This role does not include patient advice, cold-DM blasting, paid advertising, coding automations, closing course sales, managing events, or editing full-length courses. Only use authorized assets and approved facts. Do not invent testimonials, attendee results, credentials, course dates or clinical claims.

How to apply

Please apply through OnlineJobs only. Applications and initial communication will stay on this platform; please do not seek out or contact the business through other channels. Include:

1. Two short-video examples and one carousel/design example. Explain exactly what you did on each.
2. Your requested hourly rate, available weekday working window in Philippine time, and earliest start date.
3. A brief description of how you organize a content queue without daily reminders.
4. Your answer to this scenario: “Today's planned video cannot be used because we do not have permission. What would you do?”
5. Which AI/editing tools you use and how you check their output.

Please keep the application concise. Shortlisted applicants will receive the same small paid work sample with supplied assets. We will agree on the rate, scope and deadline before it begins.
