JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are an AI-powered personalization and optimization platform built for top Shopify brands. We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce QA & Store Implementation Specialist to test, validate, and set up merchant-facing web experiences, A/B testing campaigns, and front-end development work before deployment.

This is an internal technical and configuration role—there are no customer support tickets, live chats, or phone calls involved.

What You’ll Do
Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform functional, visual, responsive (mobile vs. desktop), regression, and edge-case testing on Shopify store builds, platform features, and bug fixes.

Store Implementation & Setup: Configure merchant settings and build client experiences directly within our platform based on approved requirements.

Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects with clear step-by-step reproduction instructions, expected vs. actual outcomes, and supporting screenshots or screen recordings.

Front-End Tweaks & Dev Collaboration: Make straightforward HTML/CSS code corrections when needed, and partner closely with our engineering team to re-test completed tickets before release.

Required Qualifications

1+ year of Web QA, E-Commerce Implementation, or Website Management experience (Shopify platform familiarity preferred).

Solid HTML & CSS skills (ability to inspect code via Chrome DevTools and perform minor front-end edits).

Ticketing Systems: Experience using task management or bug tracking tools (Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, or similar).

Communication: Excellent written English skills to clearly document technical bugs and steps to reproduce.

Workplace Setup: Quiet home office environment with a desktop/laptop capable of multi-tab web testing, plus stable high-speed internet (50+ Mbps).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Basic understanding of JavaScript.

Prior experience with A/B testing, personalization, or CRO platforms
