Job Overview:
We are a rapidly growing U.S. federal contractor operating in commercial construction and corporate/government lodging solutions. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Procurement & Strategic Outreach Specialist for a 30 to 35-hour-per-week role.

Core Responsibilities:**
Strategic Outreach & Verification:** You aren't just doing paperwork—you will make calls to prime contractors, project managers, and agencies to verify bid details, coordinate teaming agreements, and introduce our housing and construction capabilities based on the opportunities you've researched.
AI-Enhanced "Shredding" & Analysis:** Thoroughly read and extract requirements from Section L (Instructions to Offerors) and Section M (Evaluation Factors) to build comprehensive compliance checklists. We encourage the use of AI tools to speed up your workflow, but **you are the human expert**. You must verify, edit, and take total ownership of all AI output.
GoHighLevel (GHL) Management:** Must be highly proficient in GoHighLevel. You will use GHL daily to manage all leads, operate the internal phone system, and track our active pipelines.
Pipeline Management & Expansion:** Monitor
Document Assembly:** Prepare draft proposal packages, format past performance sheets, and coordinate capability statements.
Deadline Tracking:** Maintain a master pipeline spreadsheet, tracking all submission deadlines, Q&A cutoffs, and solicitation amendments (SF-30s).
Daily Syncs & Team Integration:** Participate in a daily 15-minute alignment meeting (as needed) and attend daily team meetings to ensure seamless communication and progress tracking.
Requirements:
Schedule & Time Zone Alignment:** Must be available to work 30 to 35 hours per week during U.S. Central Time (CDT/CST) business hours.
Tech Stack:** Must have some experience working inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
Exceptional Spoken English & Professional Confidence:** You must be highly proficient and comfortable making direct outbound phone calls to U.S.-based government agencies and corporate partners to verify your research and coordinate partnerships.
Demonstrated experience navigating
Adaptable & Growth-Oriented Mindset:** We expect a proactive approach as we expand into new procurement strategies.
**Compensation & Pay Structure:**
Starting Pay:** $4.00 hour during your 30-day probationary period.
Post-60-Day Pay Increase:** Rate increases to $5.00 then $6.00/hour after 90 days , after 180 days $8 hr
Performance & Team Bonuses:
Submission Bonus:** $2.00 bonus for every approved, fully compliant contract package you successfully assemble and submit.
Contract Win Bonus:** $10.00 bonus for every contract successfully awarded to our firm.
Monthly Team KPI Bonus (Up to $75/month) based on the following metrics:**
* $25 for maintaining a 15-minute response time during designated lead-handling hours (with protected "deep work" time for RFP shredding).
* $25 for perfectly documenting and updating all pipelines in GHL.
* $25 for ensuring zero phone calls are missed from incoming leads (or ensuring prompt callbacks).
Health Stipend:** $30/month contribution toward your personal insurance/benefits after 90 days .
13th-Month Pay:** Awarded annually after 12 months of continuous employment.
