I'm looking for someone who ALREADY knows how to make AI UGC videos, not someone who wants to learn from scratch.
I've attached an example video. This is exactly the style and quality level I need. Watch it before you apply.
THE WORKLOAD
7 finished product videos per day, each 1 to 2 minutes long. That's the job. It's real volume and I want you to know that before you apply.
It's doable because the process is systemized. I send you the script, the reference video, the character reference image and the exact prompts the day before, so you have the full day to work. You're not inventing anything from scratch.
Week 1 is 5 to 6 a day while I audit your workflow with you and help you get faster. After that it's 7.
If you can only do 3 to 4 a day at good quality, tell me honestly in your application. I'd rather know now than find out in week two.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Generating AI avatars / AI characters that talk (Google VEO Flow)
- Assembling everything in CapCut: cuts, captions, timing, subtle background music
- Recreating a reference video closely while swapping in my avatar, my pet, my product and my setting
- Checking every clip before it goes in, no broken generations, no bad lip sync
- Exporting vertical 9:16, 1080x1920 MP4 and uploading them one by one as you finish
THE 8 THINGS I GET TIRED OF FIXING
This is the real job description. These are the notes I end up sending editors over and over. If you already do these without being told, you will do very well here.
1. Character consistency. Every video has a character reference image. The face, the outfit, the pet and the setting stay the same across every clip and across every video that character appears in. Don't redesign the character, don't let the face drift between clips.
2. Voice consistency. One voice start to finish. No echo, no reverb, no accent that shows up halfway through the video and disappears again. Rewatch the whole thing with headphones before you send it. If one scene has an accent or an echo, regenerate that scene.
3. Lip sync. If it's off by half a second, regenerate it. I notice.
4. Captions. Always on, clean, synced and styled like the reference video. "Missing captions" should never be a note I have to send you.
5. Background music. Subtle, sitting under the voice, matching the reference, and stopping where the reference stops it. Not missing, not blasting over the dialogue.
6. Match the reference. When I say copy it 1 to 1, I mean the framing, the pacing, the energy and the shot order. The avatar should fill the frame the way the reference does, not sit small in the middle. Natural phone footage look, not a cinematic color grade. And use MY background and setting, not the one from the inspo video.
7. Export quality. Download 720p from Flow, export from CapCut with the settings I give you, vertical 9:16 1080x1920. No blurry clips, no clips where the quality obviously jumps mid-video, no watermarks.
8. Revisions get done the same day. When I send a fix, it gets fixed that day, it doesn't get stacked onto next week. Keep your Flow generations and your CapCut project file so a small fix stays a small fix instead of a full rebuild.
FLOW CREDIT DISCIPLINE (matters as much as the editing)
- Images cost 0 credits. Perfect the image first, then generate the video.
- One clip generation per scene. Never x2, x3 or x4.
- Never 16:9. Everything is vertical.
- Every video generation costs credits whether it comes out good or bad. There are no refunds for a bad clip, so the prompt has to be right before you hit generate.
- Screenshot the credit balance when you start and when you finish each assignment.
I provide the accounts and the credits. Burning through them carelessly is the fastest way off the team.
REQUIREMENTS (please read, I skip applications that ignore this)
1. You MUST send me examples of AI videos you've personally made. Links to the actual videos, not a resume, not a portfolio site with stock work. If you've made something close to my example video, lead with that one.
2. Be ready to prove the work is yours. I get sent the same recycled portfolio folders by different people every week. I may ask for a bigger folder from that client, a project file, or a short screen recording of your workflow. If you can't show that, don't apply.
3. Real CapCut experience. Captions, keyframes, audio ducking, speed ramps, without me explaining them.
4. Hands-on experience with at least one AI video tool (Google VEO / Flow, Kling, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Sora, etc). Tell me which ones and what you used them for.
5. Consistency. Same hours, same days, every week, Saturdays included. This is an ongoing long-term role, not a one-off project. There's a 3 strike system: a missed day with no message ahead of time is a strike, and repeating the same mistake after I've given you feedback is a strike.
6. A computer that can actually handle exporting 7 videos a day without crashing, and reliable internet.
NICE TO HAVE
- You watch short-form content and have opinions on why some hooks work
- Experience with UGC / DTC ads, supplements, skincare or pet products
- Basic understanding of ad compliance (no medical claims, no "cures")
HOW TO APPLY
Start your message with the word "FLOW" so I know you read the whole post. Then:
1. Link 1 to 3 AI videos you made yourself. Say what you did on each one.
2. Tell me which AI video tools you've used.
3. Tell me honestly: how many 1 to 2 minute videos can you finish in one day at the quality level of my example video?
4. Tell me your working hours and which days you can commit to.
5. Pick one thing from the list of 8 above and tell me how you personally avoid it.
Applications without example videos will not get a reply.
WHAT YOU GET FROM ME

- Full training on my exact process and prompt library, plus Loom feedback on your work
- Accounts and credits provided
- A predictable daily routine, not chaotic requests
- Long-term stable work with a raise as you get faster and better, plus a bonus at the end of the month based on performance
