Creator & Affiliate Outreach Specialist
Full-Time | Remote | Philippines | $600 USD/month
KIKI is a fast-growing U.S. fashion fabric company, and we are aggressively expanding our Creator & Affiliate Program.
We are looking for one exceptional person to help us identify, contact, recruit, and build relationships with high-quality creators and influencers.
This is not a basic VA position and it is not a mass-outreach job.
Your job is not simply to send as many messages as possible. Your job is to find the right people, understand them, communicate with them naturally, and bring strong creators into the KIKI Creator Program.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
You will:
* Research fashion, sewing, cosplay, DIY, design, lifestyle, fashion designers, custom designers and other relevant creators
* Identify creators who genuinely fit the KIKI brand
* Analyze their content, audience, engagement, style, and potential
* Personally reach out through Instagram, TikTok, email, or other channels
* Write personalized outreach instead of copy-and-paste messages
* Follow up consistently
* Answer questions and handle objections
* Qualify interested creators
* Help onboard strong creators into our affiliate program
* Keep track of outreach, responses, applications, and results
* Continuously improve outreach based on performance
Your performance will eventually be measured by:
Creator quality → response rate → qualified creators recruited → affiliates activated → affiliates generating sales → revenue generated.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role requires very strong judgment and communication skills.
You should be able to look at an Instagram or TikTok account and quickly understand:
* Is this creator actually a good fit for KIKI?
* Does her audience match our customer?
* Is her engagement real?
* Does she actually influence her audience?
* What would make her interested in KIKI?
* What should we emphasize when contacting her?
* How should we communicate with her?
* Should the approach feel feminine, casual, professional, playful, fashion-forward, premium, etc.?
Most of the creators we communicate with are women in fashion, sewing, design, cosplay, and creative industries.
Because of this, you must have a natural understanding of:
Fashion. Aesthetics. Style. Social media. Female-focused communication. Brand presentation.
We need someone who understands how to communicate woman-to-woman / human-to-human, rather than sounding like a corporate salesperson.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
Do not apply if your experience is mainly:
* Generic customer support
* Data entry
* Mass cold emailing
* Copy-and-paste outreach
* Sending hundreds of identical DMs
* Following instructions without being able to make decisions independently
Customer service experience is useful, but customer service alone is not enough.
We need someone who can think, research, judge, communicate, persuade, and make decisions independently.
Strong written English is mandatory.
Experience in any of these areas is highly preferred:
Influencer outreach, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media, fashion, beauty, ecommerce, PR, sales, relationship management, or customer communication.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This is a performance-based role.
We do not care about someone being "busy" for eight hours.
We care about results.
The first 30 days will be a paid performance trial.
Compensation: $600 USD/month full-time.
Additional bonuses and salary increase may be added based on measurable performance. It all depends on you.
IMPORTANT — HOW TO APPLY
We expect many applications.
If you do not follow every instruction below, your application will not be reviewed.
At the very top of your application, write:
KIKI CREATOR TEAM
If this phrase is missing, the application will automatically be rejected.
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF
Write a short, casual introduction.
We do not want a professional cover letter.
Write the way you would naturally communicate with another person.
If your introduction sounds extremely corporate, robotic, or obviously AI-generated, we will not continue reviewing the application.
2. TELL US ABOUT YOUR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Tell us specifically about any experience you have with:
* Influencer outreach
* Creator partnerships
* Affiliate marketing
* Sales
* Fashion
* Social media
* Customer relationships
* Ecommerce
* PR
Be honest.
If you do not have direct experience in one of these areas, say so. Lack of direct affiliate experience will not disqualify you if you demonstrate exceptional judgment and communication skills.
3. FIND 5 POTENTIAL KIKI CREATORS
Find 5 real Instagram or TikTok creators who you believe could become strong KIKI affiliates.
For each one, provide:
Creator username:
Platform:
Why you selected her: 1–2 sentences.
We care significantly more about why you selected someone than follower count.
4. WRITE AN OUTREACH MESSAGE
Choose one of the five creators.
Write the exact first message you would personally send her on behalf of KIKI.
Do not write generic outreach such as:
“Hi! We love your content! We’d love to collaborate. Join our affiliate program and earn 10%.”
That would not meet our standard.
Our communication with creators should feel:
Warm. Casual. Personal. Natural. Friendly. Human.
KIKI CREATOR PROGRAM — CONTEXT FOR YOUR TEST
Before completing the next section, you need to understand what you would actually be offering creators.
KIKI is a U.S. fashion fabric brand serving:
* Sewing enthusiasts
* Fashion designers
* Costume makers
* Cosplayers
* Small fashion brands
* DIY creators
* Other creative customers
The primary goal of your outreach is to recruit strong creators into the KIKI Creator Program.
You should not pitch every creator the same way.
A sewing creator with 8,000 highly engaged followers might require a completely different approach from a general fashion creator with 100,000 followers.
Your job is to understand the person before d
LEVEL ONE — AFFILIATE
Everyone starts here.
Affiliates receive:
* 10% commission on eligible referred sales
* 10% off for their audience on their first KIKI purchase
* Their own personal affiliate link
* Their own discount code
* Access to Win Your Fabric Back
* $100 KIKI store credit after reaching $2,000 in lifetime referred sales
Joining the affiliate program is free.
WIN YOUR FABRIC BACK
A creator may purchase at least $80 of KIKI fabric.
If she then generates $300 in referred sales within 30 days after receiving the fabric, she receives $80 back as KIKI fabric credit.
This is optional.
It gives creators an opportunity to earn their initial fabric investment back instead of KIKI automatically sending free fabric to every new affiliate.
LEVEL TWO — PROVEN AFFILIATE
A creator becomes a Proven Affiliate after generating:
$8,000–$24,999 in referred sales during a rolling 90-day period.
They receive:
* Everything from Affiliate level
* $250 KIKI fabric credit when they first reach $8,000
* Occasional surprise fabric gifts
* More opportunities to receive fabric and create content
LEVEL THREE — KIKI AMBASSADOR
A creator becomes a KIKI Ambassador after generating:
$25,000+ in referred sales during a rolling 90-day period.
Ambassadors receive:
* 15% commission
* Monthly KIKI fabric credit while qualifying
* Early access to new fabric launches
* Surprise fabric gifts and packages
* Direct communication with the KIKI team
* Support, ideas, and feedback designed to help their content perform better
Creator levels are based on their previous 90 days of performance.
Creators can move up as their sales increase and may move down if performance decreases.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS ROLE
You are not simply sending affiliate invitations.
Before contacting a creator, we expect you to think about:
* Who is this creator?
* What does she make?
* Who follows her?
* Why does her audience trust her?
* Does she already sew or use fabric?
* Which KIKI products could fit her content?
* What would genuinely interest her about our program?
* Which program benefit should you emphasize?
* What communication style fits her personality?
* Is she commercially valuable?
* Is she even worth contacting?
We want the creator to feel:
“They actually looked at my content.”
Not:
“This company sent the same message to 5,000 people.”
APPLICANT TEST
For each scenario below, tell us:
1. Would you contact this person? Why or why not?
2. What would be your main hook?
3. Which part of the KIKI program would you emphasize?
4. Write the exact first message you would send.
5. If appropriate, write a follow-up message.
We want different approaches for different people.
SCENARIO 1 — SEWING MICRO-CREATOR
She has 9,000 Instagram followers.
She makes her own dresses and regularly posts sewing tutorials.
Her Reels typically receive 5,000–20,000 views.
Her followers frequently ask where she purchases her fabrics.
Her aesthetic is feminine and polished.
How would you approach her?
SCENARIO 2 — LARGE FASHION CREATOR
She has 180,000 followers and produces beautiful fashion content and photography.
However, she rarely sews.
She mainly styles finished clothing and occasionally talks about independent designers.
Would you pursue her for the KIKI Affiliate Program?
If yes, explain your approach.
If no, explain why.
SCENARIO 3 — COSPLAY CREATOR
She has 38,000 TikTok followers.
She creates elaborate costumes and frequently shows her construction process.
Some of her videos receive more than 300,000 views.
Her communication and content style is colorful, energetic, casual, and fun.
Write an outreach message that fits her personality and audience, rather than sounding like a corporate email.
SCENARIO 4 — SMALL FASHION DESIGNER
She has 14,000 followers and owns a small clothing brand.
She regularly purchases fabric because she makes and sells dresses.
She doesn’t create many sewing tutorials, but her followers are interested in fashion entrepreneurship and garment design.
How would you position the KIKI Creator Program to her?
SCENARIO 5 — CREATOR ASKS FOR FREE FABRIC
You contact a sewing creator with 45,000 highly engaged followers.
She replies:
“I would love to collaborate! Can you send me 10 yards of fabric for free and I can post something?”
KIKI does not automatically provide free fabric to new affiliates.
Write your response.
Your goal is to maintain her interest and explain the opportunity without sounding cheap, defensive, robotic, or dismissive.
SCENARIO 6 — SHE DOESN’T LIKE AFFILIATE PROGRAMS
The creator replies:
“Thank you, but I normally don’t do affiliate links.”
Write your response.
Do not aggressively pressure her.
Show us how you would continue the conversation and determine whether there might still be an opportunity.
SCENARIO 7 — NO RESPONSE
You find a creator who appears to be an excellent fit for KIKI.
You send your first message.
Five days later, she has not responded.
Write:
Follow-Up #1
Follow-Up #2
Then tell us when you would stop contacting her and why.
SCENARIO 8 — WHO WOULD YOU PRIORITIZE?
You only have enough time to contact two creators today.
Creator A
250,000 followers
0.5% engagement
General fashion
Creator B
18,000 followers
6% engagement
Sewing and dressmaking
Creator C
70,000 followers
3% engagement
Beauty and lifestyle
Creator D
11,000 followers
8% engagement
Cosplay and costume construction
Choose only two.
Explain why you chose them and why you did not prioritize the other two.
WHAT WE ARE EVALUATING
There is no single perfect answer.
We are evaluating your:
* Judgment
* Taste
* Research ability
* Communication skills
* Persuasion
* Attention to detail
* Understanding of creators
* Understanding of female-focused communication
* Ability to personalize
* Commercial judgment
* Ability to build relationships
* Ability to think independently
We care much less about whether your English sounds perfectly formal.
We care much more about whether you understand people.
Do not use generic AI-generated answers. Even if eventually you can use of course. Now we want to see your personal judgement.
If every message sounds identical, overly polished, corporate, or disconnected from the person described, your application will not move forward.
