JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking talented freelance graphic artists/designers to create original, exciting artwork for cheerleading competitions, youth athletic events, and other large sporting events.
The artwork will be used on commemorative T-shirts and apparel sold directly to event attendees, so designs should be eye-catching, energetic, youthful, and commercially appealing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative artist who enjoys sports, youth culture, typography, illustration, and apparel design and can consistently produce fresh designs based on event themes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Create original T-shirt designs for:
o Cheerleading competitions
o Dance competitions
o Youth athletic events
o Sporting tournaments
o Championship and special events
• Develop designs based on event names, themes, locations, mascots, slogans, colors, and other creative direction.
• Create artwork that appeals primarily to children, teenagers, athletes, coaches, parents, and event attendees.
• Develop multiple creative concepts when requested.
• Incorporate strong typography, illustrations, graphics, and sports-related imagery.
• Create designs suitable for screen printing, DTG, DTF, or other apparel-printing processes.
• Prepare final production-ready artwork in appropriate formats such as Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Photoshop (.PSD), EPS, SVG, and high-resolution PNG.
• Make revisions based on feedback and meet established deadlines.
• Maintain consistent quality and visual style across multiple event designs.
• Ensure all artwork is original and does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
