Virtual Business Analyst

As our organization continues to expand, we are looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented, and analytical **Virtual Business Analyst based in the Philippines** to support our leadership team across multiple dental offices.

This is not a basic data-entry role. This role is for someone who loves numbers, understands how businesses operate, catches discrepancies, and turns information into clear, actionable insights that help leadership make better decisions.

What You’ll Do:
You will support key financial, operational, and leadership functions across Pure Dental Spa and Chicago Dental Specialists, including:

Payroll & Financial Support:
* Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including reviewing hours, attendance, and payroll-related information.
* Identify discrepancies and coordinate with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
* Maintain organized payroll records and confidential employee information.
* Assist with financial reports, expense tracking, and other administrative financial tasks.

Business Metrics & Reporting:
* Pull and organize daily, weekly, and monthly business metrics from our systems.
* Maintain KPI dashboards and leadership scorecards.
* Track production, revenue, collections, scheduling, and other operational performance metrics.
* Identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas that require leadership attention.
* Prepare clear reports and summaries that help leadership understand business performance.

Leadership & Operations Support:
* Support the CEO and leadership team with reports, projects, and operational follow-up.
* Track deadlines, action items, and accountability across departments.
* Assist with SOPs, checklists, workflows, and process improvements.
* Organize information and help ensure leadership has accurate data when needed.
* Research business solutions and assist with special projects.

Who You Are:
* Highly analytical and exceptionally detail-oriented.
* Strong with spreadsheets, formulas, and organizing large amounts of data.
* Comfortable working with numbers and identifying errors.
* Able to handle confidential payroll and business information with professionalism.
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
* Strong written and verbal English communication.
* Organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
* Able to explain data clearly to non-technical team members.
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, growing organization.

Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience processing payroll or supporting finance/HR operations.
* Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
* Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location businesses.
* Familiarity with dental practice management software, KPI dashboards, or reporting tools.
* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
* Experience with Google Workspace, task management tools, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
* Experience supporting CEOs, founders, or executive leadership teams.

Work Schedule:
Remote — Philippines

Must be available to overlap with **U.S. Central Time business hours**.
