JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: $[1,000–3,500] fixed for the full scope, paid in four milestones (brand identity → brand assets → core pages → templates).

About the project

We are launching a new nationwide US auto transport (car shipping) lead-generation brand. Nothing exists yet except the name and domain. You will create the entire visual identity, every brand asset we need to operate, and every website page template in Figma. A developer builds exactly what you design; an SEO lead gives you a section spec per page so you know what each template must contain. Reference sites: ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , ---------- — study them, don't copy them.

Deliverables

Milestone 1 — Brand identity (week 1–2)

3 initial logo directions → 1 chosen → refined
Final logo: primary, horizontal, stacked, icon-only, light/dark/mono versions; SVG, PNG, PDF
Color system with hex/RGB/CMYK, typography (Google Fonts for web, matching desktop fonts), spacing and grid rules
Icon set (20–30 icons: open carrier, enclosed, door-to-door, insured, tracking, states, vehicle types, etc.)
Photography and illustration style guide (what images we use, what we avoid)
Brand voice one-pager (tone, tagline options, how we talk about trust and pricing)
Full brand guidelines PDF (20–30 pages)

Milestone 2 — Brand assets (week 2–3)

Favicon and app icons (all sizes)
Social profile kit: avatars, covers, and post templates for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X
Google Business Profile assets: logo, cover, 5 post templates

Email signature, letterhead, business card, invoice/quote PDF template
Google Ads and Meta ad creative templates (5 sizes, editable in Figma)
Presentation/pitch deck template (Google Slides or Figma, 10 slides)
Review-request graphic and "we're licensed/insured partners" trust badge set

Milestone 3 — Core website pages (week 4), desktop + mobile

Homepage
Quote flow (multi-step lead form) — the most important screens on the site
About / Why us, Contact
Thank-you page, 404, legal page layout

Milestone 4 — Reusable templates (week 5–6), desktop + mobile

Service page, Cost page with calculator block
State page, City page, Route page ("Ship a car from X to Y")
Guide/blog post + blog index

Shared web components (designed once)
Header with phone + quote button, footer with disclosure text, short and long quote forms, review card, FAQ accordion, trust badge strip, CTA banner, breadcrumb, table style, "related routes/cities" block.

How you must work

Figma for everything web, with a proper component library, variants, and auto-layout
Mobile designs required for every page
Follow the SEO lead's section spec per template; you own how it looks, they own what's on it
One 30-minute call with the developer before templates are finalized
Up to two revision rounds per milestone
All source files and full ownership transferred to us at each milestone

Requirements

4+ years in brand identity AND web design — you must show both
Portfolio with at least two full brand systems (logo through guidelines) and two live websites you designed that a developer then built
Expert in Figma; strong in Illustrator for logo and icon work
Conversion-minded: forms, trust signals, CTAs, hierarchy
Good written English; can read a spec and ask sharp questions

Nice to have

Logistics, automotive, moving, or home-services brands in your portfolio
Motion/video: simple logo animation or short social clips
Understanding of developer handoff (naming, tokens, states)
