JOB OVERVIEW

This is a temporary role, 20 hours max. If you have performed good work, you get a 1-year On-Call contract that auto-renews each year on that date.

Pay
$7–$10/hr, paid based on call work; after that week’s assigned GoHighLevel fixes are live and written down.

We already have a GoHighLevel account. We need one person to investigate all of it — automations, product info, newsletters, email designs, forms, pipelines — find the bottlenecks, and fix them. Do not rebuild the account from scratch.

Your job
• Investigate the live account end to end. Nothing is off limits: automations, workflows, triggers, pipelines, tags, forms, calendars, missed-call flows, SMS, email, newsletters, templates, and product or kit info stored in GHL
• Find where leads stall, duplicate, bounce, get the wrong email, or never get created from the quote form
• Check product and kit info inside GHL against the store. Wrong year, make, or model in an email is a bottleneck
• Review newsletter and email designs. Fix broken links, missing photos, tiny type, and copy that hides Call Us
• Fix the bottleneck. Then write a short note so the next person can see what changed
• Test every fix with a dummy contact before you leave it on
• Keep Call Us in place. Older buyers who get lost on the site are told to call. Do not hide the phone number
• Give the marketing manager a weekly list: what you checked, what was broken, what you fixed, what is still stuck
• Follow the plan from the marketing manager. Meet weekly. Fix what is asked

That’s it. You investigate and clean the account we have. You do not run Meta ads. You do not redesign Shopify. You do not buy extra GHL add-ons. You do not hold the agency or billing login.

Must have
• Great attitude and enthusiasm
• Must speak and write fluent English. No translator. No broken emails.
• Real GoHighLevel work you can show — you have taken a messy live account and unblocked it
• You debug workflows. You do not only build pretty funnels
• Grok and Claude
• Tech skills: GoHighLevel, Google Drive, Teams or Zoom. Zapier or Make is a plus
• Attention to detail and time management
