Setup Specialist - U.S. Mortgage
Full-Time | Permanent Work From Home | Night Shift

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly trainable Setup Specialist to join our U.S. mortgage operations team.

No prior U.S. mortgage experience is required. We are open to entry-level applicants who are willing to learn and have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to follow processes accurately.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be a graduate of Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, Business Finance, or another closely related course
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, financial documents, and data
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to follow detailed procedures and instructions
- Able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Dependable, professional, and accountable
- Able to work independently
- Willing to learn U.S. mortgage processes
- Comfortable working a permanent Philippine night/graveyard shift

Previous U.S. mortgage experience is an advantage but is not required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and review U.S. mortgage loan files during the initial setup stage
- Review borrower information and documents for completeness and accuracy
- Enter and verify loan information in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information
- Review files based on lender and loan program requirements
- Order or coordinate required third-party services
- Maintain accurate and organized loan records
- Coordinate with Account Executives, brokers, and other mortgage operations team members
- Follow established procedures, checklists, and turnaround times
- Perform other mortgage operations tasks as assigned

SALARY

Starting salary: Php 19,715 per month

Salary progression: Up to Php 28,600 per month within the first 5 months, subject to successful training, performance, and evaluation.

WORK-FROM-HOME REQUIREMENTS

Internet:
- Minimum 100 Mbps stable internet connection
- Reliable primary internet suitable for calls, online systems, and file processing
- Backup internet connection or mobile hotspot

Computer/Laptop:
- Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent or better
- Minimum 8 GB RAM; 16 GB preferred
- SSD storage
- Windows 10/11 or another currently supported operating system
- Working webcam and headset with microphone
- Must be capable of running multiple browser tabs and work applications simultaneously

Applicants must also have a quiet and professional work area suitable for calls, meetings, and handling confidential information.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday - Philippine Night Shift

This position supports U.S. business hours. Applicants must be comfortable working a permanent graveyard schedule.
