Leela Quantum Tech is an international wellness technology company working at the intersection of quantum technology, biohacking, personal growth, and modern wellness.
Our products include capsules, Blocs, frequency cards, clothing, water products, pet products, and educational programs. You will also occasionally work on projects for our sister company, Quantum Upgrade, which is an energy streaming subscription service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a native level English-speaking Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and responsible content across multiple projects. This will be our Lead Copywriter and Editor role; you may eventually have other copywriters reporting to you as the job grows.
You should be interested in wellness, biohacking, personal growth, science, and emerging technology, and enjoy researching new topics and products.

RESPONSABILITIES:
?Write newsletters, product pages, descriptions, and SEO articles
?Create educational content for our Learning Hub
?Research and write science-based articles for Substack
?Publish selected content on Medium and Substack
?Edit existing content and support campaigns, launches, and other marketing projects

REQUIRED SKILLS
?Native-level English with excellent grammar and writing skills
?Native-level written English
?Exceptional grammar, spelling, punctuation, and editing skills
?Able to write in American English
?Excellent spoken English for meetings with a U.S.-based team
?Strong research, fact-checking, editing, and SEO skills
?Ability to understand scientific research and explain complex topics simply
?Professional experience with Asana and Google Workspace
?Expert storyteller
?Excellent attention to detail
?Able to adapt tone for different audiences
?Comfortable receiving and giving editorial feedback
?Highly organized with excellent project management skills
?Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) while maintaining human-quality editing

EDUCATION
- Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field
OR 7+ years of professional copywriting and editing experience with an exceptional portfolio
Scientific & Research Writing
Find and evaluate credible scientific sources
Read and understand scientific studies and research papers
Distinguish research findings from hypotheses, opinions, and interpretations
Summarize research accurately without exaggerating conclusions
Understand basic research methodology, limitations, and context

ETHICS & COMPLIANCE
Strong professional ethics are essential.
Never invent or exaggerate research, statistics, sources, or product capabilities
Follow our internal stop words and content guidelines
Be careful with FDA requirements and health-related claims
Fact-check content and flag anything uncertain before publication
Prioritize accuracy and credibility over persuasive language

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

WORKING STYLE
Flexible attitude and comfortable working across different time zones (EU and US)
Full 8-hour days are expected, 5 days a week - but time zones can be negotiable
Will be required to make at least 1 meeting each week at 9am Central Time [US].
