JOB OVERVIEW

GCC Solutions is a corporate services provider based in Dubai, UAE, with an
operation in Saudi Arabia. This role is fully remote and based in the
Philippines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an HR Specialist to own our Saudi Arabia HR operations end to end.
You will be the bridge between our internal policies and Saudi labour
regulation - running the government portals, managing the employee lifecycle,
and keeping filings, contracts and records airtight without day-to-day
oversight.

This suits an analytical, systems-minded HR generalist who has genuinely
operated the Saudi government platforms rather than read about them, and who
can be trusted with confidential files and statutory deadlines from a distance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Government platforms and compliance

- Run daily operations across Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI and Mudad - permit renewals,
contract registration and status updates
- Draft, issue and register employee digital contracts through Qiwa, in line
with current labour templates
- Process monthly Wage Protection System filings through Mudad, resolving
compliance flags before they become penalties
- Track MHRSD decrees, labour law changes and Nitaqat localisation
requirements, and keep internal policy documents current

Employee lifecycle

- Run digital onboarding and offboarding for remote and field personnel,
ensuring documentation and medical insurance are active from day one
- Maintain accurate, securely stored records of attendance, leave, performance
reviews and Iqama expiry dates
- Calculate End of Service Benefits, complete offboarding files and finalise
GOSI termination steps on departures
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries across the Saudi
operation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Two to three years of HR experience running Saudi Arabia HR operations and
government compliance
- Hands-on, day-to-day experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI and Mudad -
familiarity alone is not enough
- Working knowledge of Saudi labour law
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Professional English, written and spoken. Working Arabic is a strong
advantage, particularly for Qiwa and MHRSD documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and genuine care about getting
filings right
- Confident with Excel and remote HRIS, collaboration and video tools
- Able to work independently and handle confidential files responsibly with no
in-office supervision
- A secure home working setup with reliable high-speed internet
- Based in the Philippines and legally authorised to work there
