JOB OVERVIEW

HighLevelPros is a US marketing agency. We help retail businesses (boutiques, salons, barbershops, auto shops, specialty stores) get more customers through the door using HighLevel (GoHighLevel) and AI-powered workflows.

We need AI builders / automation specialists who can design and implement automations inside our HighLevel setup for client businesses — not generic chatbots in a vacuum.

What you'll build
- HighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, and AI agents for retail client accounts
- Appointment booking, missed-call text-back, reactivation, review requests, and lead nurture automations
- Clean CRM structure, tagging, and reporting so our team can run the accounts day to day
- Documented builds we can reuse across similar shops

Definition of done
- Working automation live in HighLevel for a defined client use case
- Tested happy path + common failure cases (no-show, wrong number, opt-out)
- Short handoff note: what it does, where it lives, how to edit it
- No broken triggers, duplicate messages, or untagged leads after go-live

Pay
