JOB OVERVIEW

You'll do two things well: Keep our pipeline organized and make qualification calls to prospective clients. Your job is to ensure leads flow smoothly from initial contact → consultation → coaching engagement, AND to personally connect with prospects to understand their readiness and book meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Management & Tracking (35%)
Maintain master lead database and CRM (Google Sheets). Log all lead interactions, responses, and conversions.
Track lead stage: contacted → responded → qualified → scheduled → showed → converted
Flag leads for timely follow-up (5-day rule)
Generate weekly conversion metrics
Send confirmation emails and pre-call information

Qualification & Booking Calls (35%)
Make qualification calls to 7 Eagle webinar leads (follow provided script)
Ask discovery questions: readiness, timeline, investment capacity, concerns
Disqualify wrong-fit prospects early (job seekers, not serious, not ready)
Book Initial Consultation appointments with qualified prospects
Follow up on leads who don't answer initial calls
Confirm appointment attendance 24 hours before IC

Referral Partner Cultivation (15%)
Manage relationship list of 20 strategic referral partners
Send monthly relationship-building emails (using templates provided)
Track referrals generated by each partner
Organize follow-up and thank-you outreach
Maintain contact and engagement notes

Post-Webinar Follow-Up & Nurture (10%)
Receive and organize webinar attendee lists (weekly + monthly)
Coordinate post-event email sequences
Create follow-up calls for non-responders
Track engagement and analyze which topics generate the best leads
Report on webinar-to-conversion metrics

Reporting (5%)
Deliver weekly pipeline health dashboard (Friday)
Track: leads in → calls made → qualifications → consultations → conversions.
Identify bottlenecks and alert leadership
Monthly analysis of lead sources and conversion trends
