# ServiceM8 Setup & Team Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for someone who seriously knows their way around ServiceM8.

We need you to take ownership of the complete setup, make sure everything works properly and then train the team on how to use it confidently.

This isn’t just a quick software demo. We want ServiceM8 set up around how the business actually operates.

You’ll help with:

* Setting up ServiceM8 from start to finish
* Customer and job management workflows
* Quotes, invoices and payment processes
* Job statuses, forms and templates
* Staff access and permissions
* Scheduling and dispatch
* Automated emails, SMS and reminders
* Importing existing customer and job data if required
* Connecting relevant integrations
* Testing the entire setup
* Creating simple processes the team can follow
* Running a live onboarding and training session for the team
* Providing support while everyone gets comfortable using it

You must have proven experience setting up ServiceM8 for trade or service-based businesses.

We don’t want someone learning the platform while they work on our account. We need someone who can recommend the right setup, spot potential problems and make the whole system easy for the team to use.
