JOB OVERVIEW

Podcast Reel Editor — Virtual Assistant
Success Formula · Remote · Part-Time or Full-Time
? Remote | ⏰ Flexible Hours | ? Podcast Editing | ? Paid Weekly
We are looking for a video editor who specializes in clipping podcast and interview content into short-form reels. You will take long-form podcast episodes from Success Formula and cut them into 6 to 10 high-retention clips per episode. Each clip needs a bold hook in the first 2 seconds, burned-in captions synced to the audio, clean balanced audio, and an end card. You must be fast, reliable, and able to spot the best moments in a long recording without being told exactly where to look. Turnaround is 24 to 48 hours per episode batch.
WHAT TO SEND WHEN YOU APPLY
• Your name and country
• 2 to 3 examples of podcast or interview clips you have edited
• Your editing software
• Your rate per clip or per episode batch in USD
• Your available hours and timezone

POSITION 02 OF 03
Advanced Video Editor (Text Animation) — Virtual Assistant
Success Formula · Remote · Part-Time or Full-Time
? Remote | ⏰ Flexible Hours | ✨ Heavy Editing | ? Paid Weekly
We are looking for a highly skilled video editor with strong experience in text animation and motion graphics. You will handle our most complex editing work — scripted teaching videos, 7 Skills content, and workshop reels that need to be visually dynamic and polished. Every edit must have an animated hook at frame one, kinetic word-by-word captions, punch-in zooms on key moments, pattern interrupts every 3 to 4 seconds, and professional audio with a balanced music bed. This is our expert tier. If you do not have a strong portfolio showing text animation and motion graphics in short-form video, please do not apply for this position.
WHAT TO SEND WHEN YOU APPLY
• Your name and country
• 2 to 3 examples of text animation or motion graphics work in short-form video
• Your editing software and experience level
• Your rate per clip in USD
• Your available hours and timezone

POSITION 03 OF 03
Storytelling Video Editor — Virtual Assistant
Success Formula · Remote · Part-Time or Full-Time
? Remote | ⏰ Flexible Hours | ? Storytelling | ? Paid Weekly
We are looking for a video editor who leads with story and emotion. You will edit lifestyle content from Shawn Lynch's real life — moments with his son Liam where Shawn teaches him business and life skills, conversations at events with entrepreneurs and business leaders, and behind-the-scenes footage from workshops and Shawn Tank. Your job is to take raw authentic footage and shape it into short-form content that people feel, not just watch. We are not looking for heavy effects or animations here. We need someone who understands pacing, music selection, and emotional arc — someone who can make a 45 second clip hit harder than a 10 minute documentary.
WHAT TO SEND WHEN YOU APPLY
• Your name and country
• 2 to 3 examples of storytelling or lifestyle content you have edited — not effects or animation work
• In 2 to 3 sentences, describe how you approach raw footage with no clear direction
• Your rate per clip in USD
• Your available hours and timezone
