# GoHighLevel Automation & AI Specialist

### Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Position

**Company:** KGO Nova
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday
**Current Hours:** 5:00 PM–1:00 AM Eastern Time -- 8 Hours/daily
**Pay:** $850 USD/month, paid weekly at **$212.50 USD**
**Bonuses:** Performance-based bonuses available

## About KGO Nova

KGO Nova helps businesses improve how they answer calls, capture leads, follow up with prospects, book appointments, and manage customers using **GoHighLevel, AI voice agents, conversational AI, CRM systems, and automation**.

We are looking for an experienced **GoHighLevel Automation & AI Specialist** who can build, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve systems for both KGO Nova and our clients.

**This is NOT a basic virtual assistant or data-entry position.**

We need someone who understands how businesses use CRM systems to generate and manage leads and who can confidently build the systems that make those processes work.

We're looking for someone who can:

* Understand how a business operates and translate that into a working GHL system.
* Build clean and organized GoHighLevel subaccounts.
* Create advanced workflows and automations.
* Build and configure AI voice agents.
* Set up Conversational AI.
* Troubleshoot problems without needing constant supervision.
* Communicate professionally with clients.
* Participate confidently in Zoom meetings.
* Recommend better ways to automate a client's business.
* Test your own work before considering a project finished.

If you primarily depend on tutorials and need someone to walk you through every GHL task, **this position is probably not a good fit**.

We want someone who can be given a business objective, understand what needs to happen, build the system, test it, and explain it clearly.

# Client Onboarding Responsibilities

You will help onboard new KGO Nova clients into our GoHighLevel system.

Typical client onboarding responsibilities will include:

### Business Setup

* Set up the client's GHL subaccount.
* Configure Business Profile information.
* Review client onboarding information.
* Upload/import contacts.
* Configure users and basic account settings.
* Verify business hours, time zones, contact information, and other account details.

### Calendar & Appointment Setup

* Create booking calendars.
* Configure appointment availability.
* Configure appointment reminders.
* Connect calendars when needed.
* Test appointment booking.

### AI Voice Agents

* Build and configure inbound AI voice agents.
* Build and configure outbound AI voice agents.
* Customize AI agents around each client's business.
* Connect knowledge bases.
* Configure call transfer rules.
* Configure lead capture.
* Configure appointment booking.
* Test AI conversations before launch.

### Conversational AI

* Create and configure Conversational AI agents.
* Set up website chat widgets.
* Configure General Q&A.
* Configure appointment booking.
* Connect approved business information and knowledge bases.
* Configure human handoff when needed.

### Workflow Automation

Build workflows involving:

* New lead follow-up
* SMS notifications
* Email notifications
* Missed-call text back
* Appointment confirmations
* Appointment reminders
* No-show follow-up
* Lead nurturing
* Internal notifications
* Client notifications
* AI-triggered workflows
* Pipeline movement
* Lead reactivation

### CRM & Pipeline

* Create pipelines.
* Create opportunity stages.
* Configure automated opportunity creation.
* Move leads through pipeline stages automatically.
* Create tags and custom fields.
* Make sure client teams have clear visibility into their leads.

### Phone & Messaging Setup

* Add/configure phone numbers.
* Assist with A2P setup and verification.
* Configure SMS.
* Configure email sending.
* Test phone and messaging functionality.
* Troubleshoot deliverability/setup problems.

### Integrations

* Set up API integrations when needed.
* Connect third-party applications to GHL.
* Troubleshoot broken integrations.
* Test data flow between systems.

### Websites & Funnels

* Build AI-assisted websites.
* Build landing pages.
* Build marketing funnels.
* Connect forms and calendars.
* Connect funnels to CRM workflows.
* Make sure leads enter the correct automation and pipeline.

# Client Account Maintenance

You will also help maintain existing client accounts.

Responsibilities may include:

* Monitor GHL systems for problems.
* Troubleshoot broken workflows.
* Fix incorrect workflow triggers.
* Update AI prompts.
* Update AI Knowledge Bases.
* Make workflow improvements.
* Update calendars.
* Update funnels and forms.
* Adjust pipelines.
* Review AI call behavior.
* Test system changes.
* Troubleshoot SMS/email issues.
* Maintain clean CRM organization.
* Make requested client updates.
* Help optimize systems as client needs change.

# KGO Nova Internal Responsibilities

In addition to client accounts, you will help KGO Nova build and improve our own marketing and automation systems.

### Marketing Materials

You will help create:

* Brochures
* Business cards
* Lead magnets
* Marketing graphics
* Canva designs
* Other digital marketing materials

### Facebook & Instagram

You will help:

* Create Facebook content.
* Create Instagram content.
* Design social media graphics.
* Schedule FB and IG posts.
* Build automated social media posting processes.
* Set up automations to follow up with people who engage with certain offers or campaigns.

### KGO Nova AI Systems

You will help:

* Create inbound AI voice agents.
* Create outbound AI voice agents.
* Build Conversational AI widgets.
* Integrate AI widgets into websites.
* Create AI demo systems for potential customers.
* Test AI conversations and workflows.

### Marketing Funnels

You will:

* Build marketing funnels in GoHighLevel.
* Create landing pages.
* Connect forms and calendars.
* Set up lead follow-up automation.
* Connect leads to pipelines.
* Test the complete customer journey.

# Communication Requirements

Strong communication is important because this is a **client-facing position**.

You must:

* Have good spoken English.
* Have good written English.
* Be comfortable speaking with US-based clients.
* Be comfortable joining Zoom calls.
* Be able to explain technical systems in simple language.
* Ask good questions when client requirements are unclear.
* Provide professional updates on projects.
* Communicate problems instead of allowing them to sit unresolved.

You may occasionally participate in or lead portions of client onboarding and system-review meetings.

You must have:

# Work Schedule

**Monday–Friday**

Current scheduled hours:

**5:00 PM–1:00 AM Eastern Time**

Hours may occasionally change based on business and client needs.

If the regular schedule will change, KGO Nova will normally provide notification **the week before the upcoming schedule change**.

Weekly team meetings will also be required.

# Compensation

**$850 USD per month**

Payment will be made weekly:

**$212.50 USD per week**

In addition to base compensation:
