## Real Estate Website Developer – Lead Generation, Forms & Automations

Five Pillars Real Estate Investors is looking for an experienced website developer to build a clean, professional, high-converting website for our real estate investment business.

We are NOT looking for an overly complicated corporate website. We want something simple, fast, modern, trustworthy, and designed specifically to convert motivated property owners into leads.

### What We Need

The website should include:

* Professional Five Pillars branding and design
* Mobile-friendly responsive layout
* "Sell Your House" lead capture funnel
* Property address and seller contact forms
* Seller questionnaire/property information form
* Ability for sellers to upload photos or documents
* Automatic email notifications when new leads are submitted
* Lead information organized so our virtual assistants and acquisitions team can easily follow up
* CRM integration or ability to connect with our existing systems
* Calendly or appointment scheduling integration
* Google Analytics / tracking setup
* Basic SEO setup
* Fast loading speed
* Secure hosting and SSL setup

We would also like to eventually create a simple process where a seller can:

1. Submit their property
2. Provide property details
3. Upload photos/documents
4. Receive or review an offer
5. Receive documents/contracts
6. Electronically sign documents

Experience integrating tools such as DocuSign, PandaDoc, Dropbox Sign, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, REsimpli, Podio, or similar systems is a major plus.

Five Pillars Real Estate Investors purchases, renovates, wholesales, and holds residential real estate.

Our goal is to build an efficient online system where our virtual assistants and acquisitions team can send motivated sellers directly into a streamlined website process.

### Who We're Looking For

You should have experience with:

* WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or similar website platforms
* Landing pages and conversion-focused web design
* Forms and lead capture systems
* API / Zapier / Make integrations
* CRM integrations
* Mobile-responsive design
* Website speed optimization
* Basic SEO
* Domain, hosting, SSL, and website deployment

Real estate investor or wholesaling website experience is highly preferred.
