ABOUT US ?

We install whole-home water filtration and softening systems for homeowners across South Florida. About 30 installs a month at an average of $3,400 per job. Every lead costs us real money.

When a lead comes in and nobody calls it for two hours, that money is gone. That's the problem you're hired to kill.

THE JOB IN ONE SENTENCE ⏱️

Every lead gets contacted within 60 seconds. You are the person who makes sure that happens — every time, every rep, every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Watch the lead queue live during your entire shift. New lead hits, your clock starts.
Track the 60-second window on every single lead assigned to a rep
Miss at 60 seconds → you immediately message the rep: "Lead #X is unworked. What's happening?"
No reply within 2 minutes → you pull the lead and reassign it to the next available rep online
Log every miss: which rep, which lead, how late, what the excuse was
Send the owner a daily scoreboard — response times by rep, misses, reassignments
Send a weekly report showing who's improving and who isn't
Flag repeat offenders to the owner. Same rep, same excuse, three times? Owner hears about it that day.
Confirm reps are actually logged in and available at the start of every shift

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT ?

You are not a salesperson. You don't close.
You are not a coach. You don't train reps.
You are not their friend. You're the referee.

You are the person who makes a grown adult uncomfortable about being late. If that sounds bad to you, don't apply.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✅

Required:

Thick skin. Reps will push back, make excuses, get annoyed at you. You hold the line anyway.
Obsessive about time. Seconds matter here, not minutes.
Comfortable holding adults accountable over chat and phone
Excellent written and spoken English
2+ years in operations, dispatch, team lead, QA, or a similar tracking role
You can sit on a live dashboard for hours without drifting
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, good headset
We get around 10-15 leads daily and have 5 sales reps

Nice to have:

Spanish
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM
Call center floor manager or dispatcher background
Home services, HVAC, plumbing, or roofing experience
